Wilkins and DeYoung is a full service law firm, established in 1983 by Attorneys Russell N. Wilkins and Steven S. DeYoung.

In January 2004, Attorney Jeremy M. Carter joined the firm as a full partner after 22 years of practicing law in Mashpee and Boston, Massachusetts. The associates of the firm include Attorney Cindy A. Nuzzolo who joined us in 2004 from Goldman Sachs where she worked in their Private Wealth Management Group. Also joining the firm in 2004 was Attorney Seth G. Roman, a former Cape & Islands Assistant District Attorney and attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice. In April 2007, Attorney Carmela M. Miraglia joined the firm after 15 years of private and sole practice. For specific information and areas of practice for each attorney please refer to our attorney profiles.

This combination of attorneys with their varied experiences, working in concert, offers a unique opportunity to provide proficiency and expertise in a wide variety of legal matters. Although each attorney has his or her area of concentration and expertise, the team approach in representing clients is embraced in appropriate cases. Also, Russell N. Wilkins and Steven S. DeYoung serve "Of Counsel" to the law firm of Barron and Stadfeld, located at 100 Cambridge Street, Boston, Massachusetts. This relationship provides Wilkins and DeYoung the additional resources traditionally associated with Boston area law firms.
